Alex Museum of Submerged Antiquities
The Museum of Submerged Antiquities is still a dream for specialists in this field in particular, and for the people of Alexandria in general, because Egypt is one of the oldest countries in the world that paid attention to submerged antiquities under water.
The huge amount of discoveries of underwater archaeological treasures motivated the idea of establishing a museum of underwater antiquities through a glass facility that is resistant to water pressure in Alexandria. A place to house the museum because it is an open sea bay.
Recently, the Alexandria Governorate announced that it is preparing a project to revive the eastern port in the Shatby area. The importance of the Shatby site, which extends from the chain in front of the Library of Alexandria at present, is due to the fact that it represents the Royal Quarter.
Which sank as a result of an old earthquake, and it is expected to find the remains of parts of royal palaces or temples, such as the remains of the Temple of Isis, or the palace of Queen Cleopatra VII; According to the UNESCO website.

It is proposed that the museum include four main sections, most notably:
